The Bergsberg County Sheriff's Department or Bergsberg County Police Department was the police of the town Bergsberg, Montana, and the surrounding Bergsberg County. They were housed in the Bergsberg County Sheriff's Office in Bergsberg.
In season 2, the department's personnel were Sheriff Sherlock Hobbs and Deputy Tina Tevetino.
