Lux Dujour is a character in the television series Dirk Gently's Holistic Detective Agency.

Robert Wayne Terrio[1] was a musician. He took the stage name Lux Dujour and became a rock star, a 1980s rock icon[1], and published two albums.

At some point after the second album, the Men of the Machine took Lux's body and gave to Pollux. Pollux in Lux's body continued to live the latter's rockstar life, staging a comeback, and having a relationship with Sammy.[2]

Approximately around the year 2001, Lux Dujour, as far as the public knew, went missing. Pollux had been forced by Men of the Machine to exchange Lux's body and life for those of Gordon Rimmer. His body was found in 2016, buried under the garage of Gordon Rimmer's house in Logan Heights in Seattle, after the the house had burned down.[1]

With the public confirmation of his death and his body found, fans mourned him and staged a tribute show.[3]
